At Northern Roots your wellbeing is our first priority.

Our Specialties

  • While there are numerous reasons to come to counselling, individuals tend to talk about the following: emotions, past experiences, current stressors, and relationships.

Those looking to heal from past traumas, build new ways of thinking, and gain coping skills find our services especially beneficial.

  • As a couple moves through life, stressors and grief can create tension. Counselling can help couples explore their negative cycles and move beyond them to be more adaptive.

  • Teens and kids can benefit from sharing with a non-judgmental third party.

Here at Northern Roots youth counselling focuses on interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, and crisis intervention

  • Northern Roots staff can be available for your next conference or gathering to ensure participants have a safe and confidential space to share and debrief.

  • Lenore has over 8 years of experience running groups covering the following topics: emotional regulation, self-esteem, and leadership.
